How billing works
Billing
Plans are billed monthly, in advance. Assistant and hourly work is billed for time used, in 15-minute increments.
Paying
Pay by ACH at no extra cost, or by card with a 3% processing fee.
Cancelling
Month-to-month plans can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice. 3- and 12-month plans run for their full term.
